1. Scope and commercial terms
Mythos Quill Press LLC is the legal entity offering this work through its Mythos Web Studio service division. The project scope should identify deliverables, exclusions, schedule assumptions, customer responsibilities, milestones, payment terms, revision boundaries, approvals, deployment responsibilities, and handoff. Deposits, retainers, refunds, or cancellation charges apply only when stated in an accepted project document or required by law.
2. Customer content and approvals
Customers are responsible for timely, accurate, and lawful text, images, trademarks, data, accounts, and instructions unless creation or licensing is included in scope. Customer approval authorizes the project to proceed based on the reviewed state; later changes may require added time or scope.
3. Design, development, and change requests
Projects may use custom design, selected frameworks, licensed components, open-source software, templates, APIs, or provider services according to fit. No single development method is promised for every project. Requests outside the accepted scope may be deferred, declined, or handled through a written change request.
4. Third-party services
Domains, hosting, email, analytics, payment services, content systems, APIs, fonts, stock assets, plugins, and other external services remain subject to provider availability, pricing, licenses, and policies. Unless the agreement says otherwise, the customer is responsible for third-party accounts, charges, renewals, and compliance after handoff.
5. Compatibility, accessibility, security, and performance
Testing targets are defined by scope. A project cannot be guaranteed to behave identically in every legacy browser, device, extension, network, or future software version. Accessibility requirements and content responsibilities should be stated in scope and are shared where customer-supplied content or third-party platforms affect the result.
Reasonable security and performance practices may be implemented for the agreed system, but no website, host, integration, or transmission can be guaranteed invulnerable or continuously available.
6. Analytics, SEO, and commercial outcomes
A scope may include technical search foundations, analytics implementation, conversion-aware structure, or performance work. Mythos does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, regulatory compliance, or any other commercial result.
7. Deployment, handoff, and post-launch responsibility
Deployment, domain changes, hosting, credentials, source access, documentation, backups, and acceptance are handled as stated in scope. Customers should protect credentials, maintain authorized account owners, preserve delivered files, and keep provider billing current.
Maintenance, monitoring, updates, backups, support, incident response, content changes, hosting administration, and future development continue only when expressly included or separately agreed. Project termination and any transition assistance are governed by the applicable project documents.
8. Ownership and licenses
Ownership of final custom deliverables and customer materials is determined by the accepted agreement and any payment conditions. Third-party and open-source materials remain under their respective licenses, and pre-existing company tools or reusable methods are not transferred unless expressly stated.
