Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, unpublished manuscripts, sensitive personal information, or confidential business material through the general contact form unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.
2. Information collected automatically
The website and its infrastructure may process IP address, browser and device information, request timing, security signals, error information, and limited server logs needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability.
The current corporate website does not include advertising trackers or a general-purpose audience analytics product. If that changes, this policy and the Cookie and Tracking Notice will be updated before or when the change becomes effective.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, determine the appropriate division, evaluate project fit, prepare scopes or agreements, administer requested work, maintain business records, protect the website, prevent abuse, comply with law, and resolve disputes.

The corporate website is hosted on Vercel. Cloudflare Turnstile supports contact-form abuse prevention, and Resend delivers approved contact-form messages by email. Each provider may process the limited technical or message information needed to perform its role under its own terms and privacy practices.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, investigate fraud or abuse, complete a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards, or work with professional advisers and contractors who need the information for an authorized purpose.
5. Sale of personal information
Mythos Quill Press LLC does not sell personal information to advertisers. This statement describes the company’s current business practice and is not intended to waive or redefine rights that may apply under a particular privacy law.
6. Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, administer work, maintain appropriate business and legal records, resolve disputes, protect security, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention may also occur in business email systems and provider logs according to operational needs and applicable provider settings.
The corporate website does not promise permanent storage, a fixed deletion period, or indefinite archival of submissions or project files.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used in proportion to the website and inquiry process. No internet transmission, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Children
The corporate website is directed to people and organizations seeking professional services and is not designed to collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact the company to request review and appropriate action.
9. External sites and division policies
Links may lead to Mythos Author Studio, the active Mythos Web Studio site, or unrelated third-party services. Those sites maintain their own practices and policies. Author Studio account, subscription, reader, billing, and platform data are governed by Author Studio’s current policies, not this corporate-site policy.

You may contact Mythos Quill Press LLC to ask about corporate-site information, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. Identity or authority may need to be verified before a request is completed, and some records may be retained where law or legitimate business needs permit.
